Life gives us challenges, and sometimes we need help to overcome them. Grief, loss, trauma, abuse, school issues, financial difficulties, life transitions, and relationships between parent-child, couples, adult-parent can make us feel that life is spinning out of control. Anger, resentment, depression, helplessness, and anxiety are some common feelings experienced by adults and children in reaction to life’s problems. I have experience in treatments for traumatic events, abuse, grief, loss, and life transitions. I have 25 years experience teaching children, particularly children with special needs.
